The Management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) duly informs the the general public on the commencement of Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening for the 2024/2025 academic session, applications are duly invited from all as they apply for the available courses offered at the school.

Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2024/2025 UTME or Direct Entry (DE) and selected FUHSO as their first choice are eligible for the screening exercise.

Candidates must have passed their O’level exams with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.

Candidates wishing to switch to FUHSO should mak e the necessary changes on the JAMB portal and choose Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice.

Ensure that the selected programme aligns with your UTME subject combination and O’level results.

It is important to upload your O’level results on the JAMB portal, as candidates whose results are not uploaded will not be eligible for admission.

Candidates must bring the following documents to the screening:

• Evidence of selecting FUHSO as the first choice through JAMB
• Printout of JAMB results from JAMB CAPS
• Original SSCE/NECO O’level Certificate/Result
• Birth Certificate
• Two passport-sized photographs
• Proof of payment of the non-refundable processing fee of N2,000 via REMITA
• Two photocopies of each document listed above
