As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work directly with our team to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be involved in team coordination, communication, documentation, and basic support functions across departments such as design, development, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, files, schedules, and task updates.
- Organize documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Support internal communications via WhatsApp, Slack, or similar tools
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist with onboarding of team members and interns.
- Help with basic content and social media support.
- Perform research and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide support across departments (product, marketing, customer service)
