The Senior HR Officer will design and manage payroll, competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role ensures fair pay structures, benefits administration, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with market standards.
  2. Conduct salary benchmarking and benefits analysis.
  3. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  5. Handle audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation.
  6. Manage employee pension schemes, insurance, and other benefits.
  7. Utilize HR analytics and HRIS to track payroll, benefits, and compliance metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • CIPM Certification preferred.
