EKÖP Fellowship in Hungary
Corvinus University of Budapest is offering a unique opportunity the EKÖP Fellowship for aspiring researchers, talented undergraduate and graduate students, and early-career academics seeking to pursue their studies or research in Hungary.
The fellowship is open to applicants at various academic levels, including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as young lecturers and researchers. Applicants must have a CORVINUS supervisor for bachelor’s and master’s programs. Support is also available to those who have applied for admission but have not yet started their studies, and to young lecturers or researchers who are not in a formal employment position at the time of application.

EKÖP Fellowship in Hungary Qualifications
Below are are the requirements expected of each and everyone willing and ready to apply for this scholarship.
- Find a Corvinus supervisor related to their research topic (mandatory for bachelor’s and master’s students)
- Apply under one of the following categories and timeframes:
- Undergraduate studies: 5 or 10 months (2025.09.01 – 2026.01.31 or 2025.09.01 – 2026.06.30)
- Master’s programme: 5 or 10 months
- Doctoral studies: 5 or 12 months (2025.09.01 – 2026.08.31)
- Young lecturers/researchers: 12 months
