Flight PS752 Commemorative Scholarship Program in Canada
Global Affairs Canada is proud to announce the Flight PS752 Commemorative Scholarship Program for the 2025 academic year. The program supports students whose academic paths align with the victims’ fields of study or contribute to the development of air disaster prevention measures.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be full-time students enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one academic year completed and one year remaining in their current diploma or degree program. Canadian applicants must be citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, while international applicants must hold a valid Study Permit. Applicants cannot be receiving another Government of Canada-funded scholarship.

Below are the qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready to apply for this scholarship.
- Be enrolled full-time at a Canadian post-secondary institution for the next two academic terms.
- Have completed at least one full academic year in the current program or hold a prior Canadian post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Have at least one academic year remaining in their current program.
- Not be participating in another Government of Canada-funded scholarship.
- International applicants must hold a valid Study Permit.
- Canadian applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons under subsection 95(2) of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act as of the application deadline.
- Valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or Study Permit)
- Proof of citizenship or residency status
- Official academic transcript
- Letter of motivation (max 500 words) explaining alignment with the scholarship’s purpose, understanding of the tragedy, connection to the victims, and intended impact (If applicable) Proof of familial relationship to a victim of Flight PS752
