Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
Manage and optimize the Chairman’s complex calendar, ensuring effective prioritization and avoidance of conflicts.
Anticipate needs, identify risks, and proactively flag issues requiring executive attention.
Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring only critical and value-adding matters reach the Chairman.
Representation & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the Chairman at internal meetings and delegated external engagements.
Liaise with board members, senior executives, partners, government, and community stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
Manage relationships with tact, diplomacy, and reputational awareness.
Communication & Correspondence
Screen, manage, and prioritize emails, calls, and messages.
Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring alignment with tone and intent.
Prepare briefing notes, executive summaries, speeches, and talking points.
Meetings, Travel & Logistics
Coordinate board, executive, and high-level meetings including agendas, documentation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics, handling last-minute changes efficiently.
Ensure the Chairman is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements.
Confidentiality & Information Management
Handle highly sensitive strategic, financial, personnel, and reputational information with absolute discretion.
Maintain secure digital and physical filing systems with strict access control.
Enforce confidentiality protocols across teams and engagements.
Research, Projects & Intelligence Support
Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
Track special projects and executive directives to ensure timely execution.
Monitor developments relevant to the Chairman’s business and stakeholder engagements.
Technology & Operational Efficiency
Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance executive productivity.
Manage documentation, approvals, expense tracking, and administrative workflows efficiently.
Continuously improve systems and processes supporting the Chairman’s office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive-level support to senior leaders, founders, or chairmen.

- Strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
