Operations & Property Manager at Elevate Motion Studio
I’m hiring a reliable, detail-driven on-ground manager to oversee the daily operations of short-let apartments. This role combines property operations, guest coordination, and quality control, including ensuring apartments are cleaned and fully prepared for guests.
This is a hands-on position. If you’re looking for a purely supervisory role where other people do the work — don’t apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure apartments are cleaned to hotel-level standards after each guest stay
- Prepare apartments for check-in (cleaning, restocking, inspections)
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and issues
- Conduct regular property inspections and report problems immediately
- Coordinate laundry, basic maintenance, and minor repairs
- Enforce house rules and protect the property
- Act as the on-ground representative for the short-let business
