The role of Human Resources Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role assists with recruitment, employee records management, HR administration, and employee engagement activities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and Labor regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job vacancies and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (files, databases, and HR systems).
Assist with preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and memos.
Track employee attendance, leave, and basic payroll-related information.
Employee Relations
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Assist in handling disciplinary and grievance documentation under supervision.
Policy & Compliance
Support implementation of HR policies and ensure employees comply with company guidelines.
Assist with statutory compliance and documentation in line with labor laws.
Learning & Development
Support coordination of training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and assist with performance appraisal documentation.
Human Resources at Kursi Investment Limited Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR or administrative experience (NYSC experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and Labor laws.
