- Proven experience as a Production Manager within the fashion, garment, or textile industry
- Strong understanding of garment production processes from concept to final finishing
- Ability to oversee and manage daily production operations across both brands
- Experience coordinating tailors, pattern makers, cutters, printers, and finishing teams
- Ability to interpret sketches and contribute to design development when required
- Strong eye for quality control, finishing, and garment construction standards
- Experience managing production timelines and meeting collection launch deadlines
- Ability to source fabrics, trims, and production materials efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production staff
- Experience handling bulk production as well as custom or made-to-measure orders
- Good understanding of sizing, grading, and fit for different markets
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and resolve issues quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
