Sochi Foods Limited is an FMCG company that specializes in producing premium-quality garri brands as well as immensely useful industrial and culinary byproducts from the cassava plant. Established in Ahiazu-Mbaise, in the heart of Eastern Nigeria, our company is founded with the mission to provide consumers with world-class products that meet their require.
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily production systems and processes of our cassava processing facilities. The Production Manager will have a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Processes and have a strong background in food manufacturing. This will include relevant experience in the production of flours from agriculture raw materials especially garri/fufu from cassava.
