are seeking a skilled Head of Monitoring & Evaluation to lead our monitoring team and oversee the integrity, analysis, and reporting of operational datasets The role combines team leadership, data governance, and analytical oversight, ensuring that operational and sales data are accurately captured, validated, and translated into reliable performance metrics.
Head of Monitoring & Evaluation at Atmosfair Qualifications
Here are the qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready to apply for this job.
- Strong university degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and data governance.
- Proven track record of working with large operational datasets and data validation processes.
- Experience leading teams and managing field data acquisition/monitoring operations.
- International or cross-cultural work experience is highly desirable
- Business-fluent English is required.
- Willingness to relocate to Kano and work in a fast-growing production environment.
- Strong motivation to contribute to climate protection and sustainable development.
