We are a group of company that operates within the Social enterprise, Oil and Gas Downstream and FMCG Retail space headquartered in Lagos Nigeria.

Stores team as a Store Supervisor. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of store operations, supervise floor staff during your shift, ensure a clean and well-stocked environment, and serve as the go-to person for customer-facing matters during your rotation. This is a hands-on, leadership-track role ideal for a graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate contribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all store operations during your assigned 24-hour shift rotation (1 day on, 1 day off).
• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and ensure shelves are properly stocked and labelled.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Conduct shift handover reports and maintain accurate daily logs of store activity.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Support cash management, sales reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Uphold and model the Zetile Store brand standards at all times.
• Communicate operational updates, issues, and team feedback to management clearly and promptly.
• Assist in onboarding and informal coaching of new store staff.
• Lead and inspire team members to deliver great services at all times to all stakeholders.

Store Supervisor at Zetile Group Qualifications

Prior to the application are the qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready to apply for this job.

1. fresh graduate (B.Sc.) in any discipline, class of 2023 to 2025.
2. Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or environs), non-negotiable.
3. Exceptional spoken and written English. communication is a core part of this role.
4. Demonstrably impeccable character: honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
5. Positive attitude toward work, a fast learner, and ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
6. Physically fit and able to be on your feet throughout a shift.
7. Comfortable working in a structured shift rotation (1 day on, 1 day off on a 24-hour schedule).
8. Basic computer literacy; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
9. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuinely customer-first mindset.
