This position is a core local management role exclusively open to native local candidates. Reporting to the Regional/Global Management Team, the General Manager will take full ownership of end-to-end business operations, local team management, market localization adaptation, business growth in the local General.

General Manager at Transsion Holdings Qualifications

1. Industry Experience: 3+years of formal working experience in the internet industry, with a core background in user operation or sales business.
2. Localized Management Capability.
3. Team Management Experience: 5+ years of team management experience, good at building and managing local teams, able to guide teamwork, optimize team efficiency and achieve business targets.
4. Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in local official language and proficient in English (written and oral), able to conduct smooth cross-border communication and business docking with headquarters teams and local partners.
5. Comprehensive Quality: Possess strong strategic thinking, independent problem-solving ability, execution and pressure resistance; result-oriented, with strong business responsibility and market expansion initiative.
6. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above.
