PrimeLife Transform Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, and enhance customer engagement across our business brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, leveraging AI-powered tools, and driving measurable business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
2. Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
3. Create, design, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, educational materials, promotional campaigns, and marketing copy that aligns with the company's brand identity.
4. Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic communication across all digital platforms.
5. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, while analyzing performance metrics and preparing periodic reports.
6. Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, productivity, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
7. Manage website content updates and ensure all digital platforms remain current, professional, and aligned with company objectives.
8. Collaborate with the Sales, HR, and Management teams to support recruitment campaigns, product promotions, events, lead generation, and other business initiatives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at Prime Life Transform Limited Qualifications 

1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related fields will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
4. Proven experience managing business social media accounts and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
5. Experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, direct sales, retail, or related industries will be an added advantage.
