The Nagao Scholarships Program in Vietnam for the 2025–2026 academic year is offered by the Nagao Environment Foundation (NEF), a Japanese NGO dedicated to promoting nature conservation in developing countries. The Nagao Environment Foundation (NEF) is a Japanese non-governmental organization established in 1989 with the mission of promoting nature conservation in developing countries.
